Turnaround Time (TAT)

Our TAT is generally 3–5 working days* for audio of 2 hours or less.

The TAT for anything longer than 2 hours will depend on our schedule and
the length of the audio, so please contact us to get a better TAT estimation.

Turnaround time starts after we receive the audio and the first half payment for the service.

For the sake of accuracy, all of the audio that we transcribe is audited completely at least two times in a "2-pass" system.  This helps to ensure
the maximum accuracy attainable in the transcript.

Generally, 1 hour of audio can take from 4 to 8 hours to transcribe properly.  We do not use any voice recognition software because of their inherent inaccuracies.  We only use transcriptionists who are certified to be human!
