IMT offers high quality, yet affordable transcription services.  We strive for 100% accuracy, and will do whatever it takes to keep our clients happy.

You will receive your transcript as a MS Word email attachment.

IMT uses a two-pass system.  That is, everything we transcribe is completely audited at least two times to ensure accuracy.  The first pass is by one of our transcriptionists who will capture as much of the audio as possible.  The second pass is by a supervising proofreader who then reviews the entire transcript while listening to the audio.  Sometimes a third pass is warranted, depending on the circumstances.

IMT offers you a choice of formatting.  All of our transcripts are produced as Microsoft Word documents and returned to our clients as email attachments. At IMT, we are very familiar and comfortable with the varying accents of the English language.  The (American) owner, and some of our transcriptionists, have traveled extensively both domestically and overseas.  Along the way, they have encountered many accent variations in places like New Zealand, Scotland, Australia, and Canada.  Any audio recorded in English should be readily understood, resulting in a more accurate transcript.
