IMT values its customers and respects their privacy.  This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.  IMT will not sell, rent, or exchange any personal information we collect from you.  The information that you submit online and/or offline when you place an order (name, email address and the contents of your email, physical address, and phone number) is used only to process and complete your order, and to contact you about that order when necessary.  The information collected may also include audio, video, and other graphic information formats.  This information may be shared with our transcriptionists so that we may complete your order in a timely manner.

(Note:  We may disclose user information if required by law or when user actions become destructive to our web site or to our business.)

Financial Information:

IMT can not access your credit card number or any other financial information.  This information is handled by PayPal, a well known and trusted third-party payment service.

How We Use Cookies:

The use of cookies is standard practice among Internet websites.  You can choose to accept, decline, or delete cookie files at any time.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.

Also, if you came to IMTranscription.com by a link from another site, that site may collect information about whoever may click on the link.  They also have their own privacy policies.

IMT reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page; we will not contact you.  The updated Privacy Policy will also govern any previously collected information.  By continuing to use this site and/or our services, the user is consenting to the current Privacy Policy in effect.  Please check back often to see the current Privacy Policy in effect.
