Pricing

At IMT, we keep pricing extremely simple.  Everything we transcribe is charged at the exact same rate.  There are no hidden or extra charges,
and the total cost of the project is known in advance.

We charge $2.20 per minute of audio.  The total is divided into two payments. The first half is paid before any work on the transcript is started. The second half is due after you receive your completed transcript and are satisfied with the result.

In other words, $1.10 per audio-minute is payable in advance, and the remainder is paid after you are happy with the product.

All payments are processed by PayPal, but you don't need to have an account with them, just a credit or debit card.  PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Remember, there are no hidden charges; the total cost is known upfront. There are no additional charges for multiple speakers, for "bad" audio, or for transcript format customization.  So give us a try; we think that you'll be pleasantly surprised by our quality.
