At IMT, we specialize in transcription for Internet marketers, and strive for 100% accuracy in all of the transcripts that we produce.  Our home is in the United States, and all of our transcriptionists are U.S. citizens.  We do not outsource any of our projects overseas to places where English is a second (or even a third) language.  We think you'll be pleasantly surprised by our quality.

IMTranscription.com uses a 2-pass system to ensure the highest accuracy
in its transcripts.  The first pass is by a transcriptionist who captures as much of the audio as possible.  The second pass is by one of our supervising proofreaders who reviews the entire transcript while listening to the audio source a second time.  Sometimes a third pass is required.

Varying English accents are not a problem at IMT.  The owner has traveled extensively domestically and overseas, including a wonderful two and a half years in Australia and New Zealand.  Some of our transcriptionists have spent time abroad in places like England, Ireland, Scotland, and Canada.
Any audio recorded in the English language should be easily understood.

Our pricing system is very competitive and kept extremely simple.  We charge the exact same low rate for any and all audio that we transcribe. Whether it's a two-person interview or a five-member roundtable, poor quality audio, or just an unusual accent, every audio that we receive has the same per minute cost.  And there are no hidden charges.
